The Lincolnwood Police Department is alerting residents about an increasing pattern of crime impacting the Chicago suburbs. The Lincolnwood Police Department is working diligently to keep our community safe. The Lincolnwood Police Department along with neighboring jurisdictions and regional law enforcement agencies are working together to identify and stop criminals involved in a string of armed robberies, motor vehicle thefts and burglaries in the Chicago suburbs. This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the Village Municipal campus. To commemorate the anniversary, the Village will be hosting a celebration on Thursday, September 8 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (weather permitting). All residents and friends of Lincolnwood are encouraged to stop by to participate in the event, which will feature a performance from the Lincolnwood Youth Orchestra.
