The Village Board has set Tuesday May 6, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Village Hall as the public hearing in the consideration of a proposed amendment to the Lincoln-Touhy TIF District. This amendment proposes modifying the boundaries of the existing Lincoln-Touhy TIF District to include two existing Lincoln Avenue office properties as well as adjoining Commonwealth Edison property. The proposed boundary amendment to the TIF District has been requested in order to include within the already existing TIF district the entire proposed “Shoppes at Lincoln Pointe” development.
