At the beginning of January, the residential water bills for the billing period of 10/1/15 to 12/31/15 and the commercial water bills for the month of December 2015 were delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS). Recently, many residents and businesses have indicated to the Village that they have not received the water bills. The Village is working diligently with the USPS to ensure the water bills are delivered as soon as possible. In the interim, residents and business owners can view their water bill online at https://lincolnwood.merchanttransact.com/. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Generally, penalties are assessed 26 days from the date of issuance.
