The combined Police and Fire Honor Guard Competition is intended to promote excellence in drill and ceremonies within guard units.

Scoring was done according to the provisions of US Army Field Manual 3-21.5 "Drill and Ceremonies".
Judges for this event are all qualified drill sergeants assigned to the 2^nd Battalion, 329^th Infantry, U.S. Army Reserve.
