Freedom of Information Requests

Freedom of Information Requests Act (FOIA) are handled by the Administration Department through the Freedom of Information Officer. The first 50 pages are free of charge and $.15, per sheet thereafter for pages 11X17 or smaller per the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. This form may be mailed or brought to the Lincolnwood Village Hall, 6900 N. Lincoln Ave., Lincolnwood, IL 60712, Attn: FOI Request – Administration. Also, you can fax the form to (847) 673-9382.
