Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals 
 
The Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals serves as an advisory board to the Board of Trustees and conducts public hearings and meetings to consider zoning variations, special uses, and zoning ordinance amendments.  The Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals consists of a Chairman and six members who are charged with the responsibility of recommending action regarding the Village's Comprehensive Plan and the Village's Zoning Ordinance.  Meetings of the Board are scheduled as necessary to consider zoning applications and issues.

Planning Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting Dates 2008

There will be no PC/ZBA meeting on March 26, 2008 and April 23, 2008. There will however be a meeting on April 30, 2008 at 7:30p.m. in Council Chambers.
