The Non-resident Pool Pass sign-up will be active on April 25th 2009 at 10:00 AM. Because of the high volume of requests you may have to attempt to enter the system several times. Until the system says that all passes have been sold there are passes available for sale. Please note, we only accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

The first step in the process is to request the number of pool passes for you, your partner, or your family. The system will then check to see if that many passes are available or not currently in the system. If not, you will be directed to try to enter your request again until a time that all passes have been purchased.
Please have all of your information available for those people you are requesting a pass including a nanny if applicable, the credit card number and verification number on the back or front of credit card. You will have 15 minutes to complete the process.
The following are the categories for which you can purchase pool passes.
Categories:
Families Passes: A family is defined as mother, father (legal guardians), and dependent children (ages 3 thru 18 years as of May 31, 2008) living at the same address. Family of 2 may be 2 adult members, or 1 adult and 1 dependent child living at the same address.

Children Ages 19 to 26: Children Ages 19 to 26 years of age should be included in the family pass if residing at the parent's/guardian's address but will be billed at an Individual Rate.

Nanny Passes: You will be able to add 1 non-resident Nanny in addition to your family. Nannies living within the Village of Lincolnwood may purchase a resident pass at a later date at the Parks and Recreation Department. |
Senior / Senior Couples: Up to two Senior passes may be purchased. Each must be at least 55 years of age. If you don’t qualify for senior pass the system will inform you what category and price you qualify for.
Individuals: You may purchase 1 or 2 passes. Up to 2 individuals, related or not, may apply if they both reside at the same address.
No more than 10 total passes may be reserved. Passes may only be reserved for members RESIDING AT THE SAME ADDRESS.
