How do I enroll?
As an eligible residential or small business customer, you will be automatically enrolled in the program unless you choose to opt-out.

How do I opt-out?
To opt-out return the postcard received in the mail, call 888-614-0817 or visit Integrys' website www.integrysenergy.com/lincolnwood. Eligible customers MUST opt-out by November 18, 2011.

What are my choices if I decide to opt-out?
If you decide to opt-out, you will remain with ComEd unless you choose another retail electric supplier. For more information, visit the ICC's electric choice website www.pluginillinois.org.

Can I leave the program at a later date?
You can leave the program at any time; however, you will be charged a $50.00 early termination fee. The early termination fee is waived for customers moving out of the Village.

Does it cost to enroll?
No, there is no enrollment or switching fee.

What are the rates?
Residential- 5.52 ¢/kWh
Commercial- 5.45 ¢/kWh

Are the rates fixed or variable?
The rates are fixed and will not change.

Are the rates guaranteed?
The rates are guaranteed for two years through December 2013. If ComEd's rates fall below Integrys' rates, Integrys will match the ComEd rates or return you to ComEd.

When will I begin to see savings?
Customers can expect to see savings on their electricity bills beginning in February 2012.

Who will bill me for electricity?
You will continue to receive one monthly bill from ComEd.

Can I still have my payment automatically deducted from my checking account?
Yes, how you pay your bill will not change.

Can I stay on budget billing?
Yes, your budget billing will not be affected by your participation in this program.

Who is responsible for the delivery of power to my home or business?
ComEd will continue to deliver your electricity and will be responsible for maintaining the system that delivers power into your home.

Who do I call to report a power outage or problems with my electric service?
You will continue to call ComEd at 1-800-EDISON-1 or 1-877-4-COMED-1 to report a power outage or problems with your electric service.

What if I have already selected another supplier?
If you have already selected another supplier, ComEd will not enroll your account with Integrys. You will remain with the supplier you selected.
