Refunds

Traditional Camp Refund Policy

Please familiarize yourself with the camp refund policy, located below. 

  1. 100% refund given two weeks prior to the start of each camp week less a service charge. Service charges are as follows: $10 for fees under $50; $20 for fees $50-$200; $30 for fees over $200.
  2. Less than two weeks prior to the start of each camp week, the service fee increases to 25% of the program fee, only if a replacement is found for your camper’s spot. If no replacement is found, no refund will be issued.
  3. No refunds will be issued one day after the start of each week or Last Hurrah week.
  4. A refund request form must be completed for all refunds. Forms are available at the Parks and Recreation office or at www.lincolnwoodil.org

Please note: Refunds take 4 to 6 weeks to process once we receive the request form. For questions, please call 847-677-9740.

General Refunds

General refunds will be granted when requested five full working days before the start of a program. All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee and will be mailed in the form of a check within 4 to 6 weeks of your request. Charges cannot be reserved on credit cards.

In the Case of Illness, Emergency or Relocation

Should you need to discontinue participation in a program due to an illness, emergency or relocation, we ask that you submit proof of relocation or a written medical explanation from a physician. Upon receipt we will refund you the classes not attended less a 10% administrative fee.

Department Cancellation

In the event a program does not reach minimum enrollment and the class is cancelled by the department a full refund will be issued. The administrative fee does not apply in these instances.

Lincolnwood International Soccer Academy

No refunds will be issued after the first day of soccer camp.
