Neal is serving as Trustee for his term in 2025. Neal was raised in Lincolnwood and moved back in 2006 with his wife and their daughter and son. Neal graduated from Indiana University with a B.A in Business. Neal has focused most of his career on financial services and real estate. Currently he is an Executive Director – Capital Markets, at a Loan Advisory/mortgage brokerage company for commercial real estate. He also is a CPA and licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
