We are going mad for science, Join us! Spend the evening getting hands on with some super cool science experiments with our friends from Kids STEM Studio. Every aspiring scientist will have their very own work station and have a front row seat to the madness! Registration is $17 for residents and $21 for non-residents.
Crawl in your vehicle through our family friendly Halloween scenes! The Creepy Crawl is a community wide event held in lieu of our traditional Trunk or Treat event. The Crawl is located in the parking lot alongside the Union Pacific Trail between Morse Avenue and Central Park Avenue. Vehicles will enter off of Morse Avenue and be directed their spot in line before they enter the crawl. At the start of the Crawl a photo opportunity will be available for everyone in the vehicle. After the photo op, the vehicles will crawl (5MPH) through 18 Family Friendly Halloween scenes. At the end of the crawl each child in the vehicle will receive a treat bag filled with goodies! Costumes are encouraged for the whole family. Preregistration is required in one of 30 minute time slots between 1 and 3:30pm. Register for your time slot today!
Calling all Picassos to Proesel Park! Pour all of your creativity into creating a pumpkin masterpiece. Pick out your perfect pumpkin and choose decorating supplies. Families can register for a time slot and reserve a table to create a Halloween work of art. All creation stations will be cleaned between reservations and pumpkins will be handled by staff with gloves and the artist that chooses it. No art experience necessary- just your imagination! Halloween costumes are encouraged.
Halloween is just around the corner. Making plans for this holiday during the pandemic can be tough; our team hopes to make it a bit easier by offering this one-stop trick-or-treat opportunity. Your Trick-or-Treat, To-Go! bag will be filled with a variety of goodies, toys, and more. After picking up your bag, you’ll have an opportunity to snap a picture in front of the enormous Halloween photo backdrop on the side of the Community Center – costumes recommended!
Limited quantity available! Be sure to register by October 20 for this one-stop trick-or-treat experience. Trick-or-Treat, To-Go bags can be picked up October 26-30 at Village Hall (in-person or curbside available). The photo backdrop will be available October 26-31; taking photos during daytime hours is recommended.
No school, no problem! Register for the School’s Out! program, which operates on half and full days off of school. Students will spend their days o playing games, creating crafty masterpieces,and taking on fun challenges with friends. Each day features a variety of fun-filled, themed activities. Advanced registration is required for each half and full day off of school. A Minimum of 10 participants is needed to run each day.
