Village of Lincolnwood staff and the Mayor helped celebrate local catering business Food For Thought’s new partnership with Leanbox and building expansion at a recent ribbon cutting ceremony. The new partnership will bring Boston-based Leanbox to Lincolnwood as its new home for Midwest distribution. Leanbox specializes in providing fresh food and snack kiosks to the workplace.
