The Beautification Commission serves as an advisory body to the Village Board. The Commission’s purpose is to raise the standard of beautification in Lincolnwood by promoting, preserving, protecting and enhancing the natural environment of the Village through plantings and review of public projects when referred by the Board of Trustees. The first meeting of the Commission will take place on April 30, 2018. A meeting schedule will be established at the meeting. The Commission was converted to a Task Force in 2013 and reconverted to a Commission in 2018. There is currently a vacancy on the Beautification Commission.
