The Human Relations Commission (HRC) was created to encourage understanding and respect among residents of Lincolnwood with various racial, ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds. The Commission sponsors human relations activities throughout the year. These activities provide an opportunity for all residents to celebrate the community’s ethnic and cultural diversity. Human Relations Commission Person of the Year Award – 2021 The Human Relations Commission will be accepting nominations for the 2021 Person of the Year Award in January.
