Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, it may be subject to a 10% administrative fee and will also reflect any expenses that were already incurred by the Village at the time that a refund was requested.  If granted, a refund may be received in the form of a check (please allow between four to six weeks to process) or a credit to your account that can be applied to a future purchase.  Please note that refund policies for specific services / programs may vary.  Please consult the appropriate Department or Program Brochure to learn more information about other applicable refund policies within the Village.
