PEP / GIFT Grants

Property Enhancement Program

The Village has established a Property Enhancement Program (PEP) to help owners improve and beautify their business property. All business properties in the Village are eligible to be considered for this program. By participating in the PEP, owners can receive up to 50% of the cost of making eligible exterior improvements to their property. For more information view the PEP program (PDF).

Green Improvements for Tomorrow Program (GIFT)

The GIFT grant program helps business owners implement environmentally friendly upgrades to their facilities. All business properties in the Village are eligible to be considered for this program.
